Quick & Effective Equipment Free Workout

So you are reading this post because you want to find a workout that is quick and effective? Well, you have found yourself in the correct place.

Working out for me is a passion, and it has so many benefits that help you mentally, spiritually and obviously…physically!


Before I get into this workout, disclaimer – I am not a personal trainer, nor do I have any qualifications in fitness. Fitness has been part of my life since I’ve been a little tot and keep in mind that just doing a quick workout once or twice a week will not magically make you lose weight or tone up.

Consistency is key! Abs are made in the kitchen!



Phew! Now to the workout!

The most important thing to remember during a workout is that IT IS ALL IN THE MIND! Your body can do whatever you tell it to, your body is limitless but your mind is what determines the limits for you.


Do this full body workout 3 times by 10 reps!

  • Squat jumps
  • Plank jacks
  • Burpees to push ups
  • Mountain climbers
  • Up and down plank
  • Donkey Kicks
  • Inner leg lift
  • Reverse crunches
  • Bicycle crunches
  • Glue bridge
  • Cross mountain climbers



Trust me, your abs and butt will be screaming out for help once you finish this and you’ll definitely feel it the next day!



Try to limit your breaks to 20 seconds in between but if you are a beginner and you can’t do the workout without any breaks just remember – if you keep challenging yourself and doing this workout your body will build up to be able to do this without any breaks!
